Criminalistics traces

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zkompletovat na teoretické úrovni problematiku kriminalistických stop. Popisuje jejich vznik, zánik, podstatu, pojem a význam. Následně jsou kriminalistické stopy klasifikovány a vybrané druhy popsány. Předposlední část práce charakterizuje vyhledávání a zajišťování kriminalistických stop a s tím související použití nových metod. V praktické části je na podkladě teoretické části pomocí kazuistiky popsán konkrétní případ z české kriminalistiky a na tomto případu je demonstrována důležitost kriminalistických stop, které vedou k objasnění vyšetřované události.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis aims to complete the issue of criminalistic traces on a theoretical level. It describes their origin, extinction, essence, concept and meaning. Then, criminalistic traces are classified and individual types are described. The penultimate part of this work characterizes the search and securing criminalistic traces and the related use of new methods. In the practical part, on the basis of the theoretical part, a specific case from Czech criminology is described with the help of case studies, and in this case the importance of criminological traces is demonstrated which lead to the clarification of the investigated event.
