Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obslužností plzeňské a karlovarské oblasti společností PPL CZ. Cílem práce je najít problémy současné situace a co nejlépe navrhnout a zpracovat nová řešení obslužnosti. This bachelors thesis deals with the serviceability provided by PPL CZ in the Pilsen and the Carlsbad region. The aim is to find the problems of the current situation and to design and process the new solutions of serviceability.
