Práce podává přehled o činnosti exekutora v rámci exekučního řízení. Důraz je kladen na právní úpravu z.č. 119/2001 Sb., kterým se stanoví pravidla pro případy souběžně probíhajících výkonů rozhodnutí. This work reports on view of executors activities during execution proceeding. Emphasis is put on law regulation by law number 119/2001, which lay down rules for cases of conccurently running executions. Work is concerned in international aspects on a field of debt recovery above all in comparing of law regulations in german speaking countries and analysis of issue of european execution title for cases …more
