Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá podstatou restorativní justice, jejími principy a projevy v českém trestním právu. Dále se práce věnuje srovnání českého pojetí restorativní justice s pojetím na různých kontinentech a v některých zemích.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the essence of restorative justice, it's principles and its manifestations in the Czech criminal law. Further, it includes a comparison between a Czech approach to the concept of restorative justice and an approach in different continents and in some countries.
