Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo vypracování návrhu strategických cílů a z nich vyplývajícího řešení projektu revitalizace továrního areálu. V teoretické části je blíže vysvětlen pojem brownfields, historie jejich vzniku a vývoje, mezinárodní zkušenosti v oblasti jejich revitalizace a jsou zde také identifikovány zdroje pro řešení problematiky brownfields ve vztahu k továrnímu areálu. The aim of this thesis is to make a proposal for strategic aims and the solutions coming there-from concerning the revitalisation project of factory premises of the former Svit national enter-prise.
