Identification of persons in criminology

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je identifikace osob v kriminalistice, které spadá do odvětví kriminalistické techniky. V teoretické části se tato práce věnuje pojmu a významu kriminalistické identifikace, včetně objektů a jeho druhů. Dále pojednává o jednotlivých metodách kriminalistické identifikace a historii. Práce je poté navázána na portrétní identifikaci, poté pokračuje klasifikací vnějších znaků, které jsou nedílnou součástí portrétní identifikace. Následně navazuje na popis osoby, který se dělí na úřední a laický popis. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zakončena způsoby sestavení portrétu. V rámci praktické části je experiment s respondenty, kteří na základě paměťových stop popsali osobu, následně dle získaných informací byl sestaven portrét hledané osoby.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the identification of persons in criminalistics, which falls into the branch of forensic technology. In the theoretical part, this thesis deals with the concept and meaning of forensic identification, including objects and their types. It also discusses individual methods of criminal identification and history. The work is then linked to portrait identification, then continues with the classification of external signs, which are an integral part of portrait identification. Subsequently, it follows the description of the person, which is divided into official and lay description. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is finished with methods of composing a portrait. As part of the practical part, there is an experiment with respondents who described a person based on memory traces, then a portrait of the wanted person was drawn up based on the information obtained.
