Abstract:

Kružíková, D. Volba budoucího povolání vysokoškolských studentů ekonomických oborů v Jihomoravském kraji České republiky. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Práce je zaměřena na výběr budoucího povolání studentů ekonomických oborů na veřejných vysokých školách v Jihomoravském kraji České republiky a na soulad potenciálního zaměstnání s aktuálním studovaným oborem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o absolventech vysokých škol a jejich postavení na trhu práce, dále o možnostech uplatnění a úspěšnosti na trhu práce, fluktuaci zaměstnanců a kariérovém rozhodování. V praktické části jsou pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumány informace o aktuálním studiu respondentů, práci při studiu a volbě jejich budoucího povolání. Na základě výzkumu je zkoumán vztah mezi oborem studia a potenciální budoucí oblastí zaměstnání.

Kružíková, D. Future career choice of university students of economics in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The thesis focuses on future career choice of students of economics at public universities in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic and the correspondence of potential employment with the current field of study. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with university graduates and their position on the labour market, as well as with the possibilities of employment and success on the labour market, employee turnover and career decision-making. In the practical part, information about the respondent's current studies, their work while studying and their choice of future profession is researched by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on the survey, the relationship between the field of study and the potential future field of employment is researched.
