Slope deformations of the Obří důl valley in the Krkonoše Mts.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mur, což jsou specifické formy svahových deformací. Cílem bylo získat přehled o výskytu a rozsahu murových drah v oblasti Obřího dolu v Krkonoších, jejich vymapování, morfometrická analýza a vytvoření 3D modelu území. K dosažení cíle muselo být uskutečněno několik navazujících činností. Nejprve proběhlo studium odborných publikací, archivních ortofotomap z Geoportálu ČÚZK a historických leteckých snímků z aplikace Google Earth Pro. Dále byla provedena rekognoskace terénu přímo v zájmovém území. Přitom byl ověřován skutečný stav sledo-vaných jevů oproti situaci na ortofoto snímcích, byla pořizována fotodokumentace a v souladu se současnou metodikou byly popisovány sledované mury z hlediska jejich typo-logie, morfologie, tvaru, formy a stupně aktivity, vývojového stádia, geneze a nebezpeč-nosti. Výsledkem práce je celkem 55 zmapovaných a popsaných murových drah. V řadě případů byl prokázán nárůst nebo zmenšení jejich plochy, což svědčí o stále probíhajících morfologických změnách v tomto území. Z digitálního modelu reliféu byly vypočteny základní morfometrické charakteristiky, jako je nadmořská výška, sklon a orientace sva-hů a použity při následných analýzách pro výsledný 3D model. Podařilo se tak získat uži-tečné informace pro vyhodnocení možných nebezpečí, souvisejících s murovými drahami a jejich vlivem na okolí. Zjištěné údaje budou také využity k doplnění dat v Registru sva-hových deformací České geologické služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of debris flows, which are specific forms of slope deformations. The aim was to obtain an overview of the occurrence and extent of debris flows in the Obří důl valley in the Krkonoše Mountains, their mapping, morpho-metric analysis and creation of a 3D model of the area. To achieve the goal, several fol-low-up activities had to be carried out. Firstly, a study of scientific publications, archival orthophotos from the Geoportal of the ČÚZK and historical aerial photographs from Google Earth Pro was carried out. Furthermore, a field reconnaissance was carried out directly in the area of interest. In doing so, the actual state of the observed phenomena was verified against the situation on orthophotos, photo documentation was taken and, in accordance with current methodology, the observed walls were described in terms of their typology, morphology, shape, form and degree of activity, development stage, gene-sis and non-safety. The work resulted in a total of 55 mapped and described debris flows. In a number of cases, an increase or decrease in their area has been demonstrated, indicat-ing the ongoing morphological changes in the area. Basic morphometric characteristics such as elevation, slope and slope orientation were calculated from the digital relief model and used in subsequent analyses for the final 3D model. This provided useful in-formation for evaluating potential hazards associated with the debris flows and their im-pact on the surrounding area. The identified data will be used to supplement the data in the Register of Slope Deformations of the Czech Geological Survey.
