The Concept of the Ownership in the ancient Rome and our legal Reality
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Pojetí vlastnického práva ve starověkém Římě a v naší právní realitě (komparace) je rozčleněna do kapitol, které se zabývají různými instituty vlastnického práva, jako jsou jeho druhy, způsoby nabývání a vymezení subjektu a objektu. Současně je pojednáno také o jeho ochraně.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis titled The Concept of the Ownership in the ancient Rome and our legal Reality (comparison) is divided into chapters that deal with various institutes of property rights, such as its types, methods of acquisition and the definition of subject and object. At the same time is also dealt with on its protection.
