Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Informovanost rodičů o léčbě dítěte s astma bronchiale". Astma je nejčastější chronické onemocnění, které se projevuje již v dětském věku. Jedná se o onemocnění, jehož prevalence stoupá, proto je důležité mít povědomí o tomto onemoc-nění napříč celou společností. Mít toto onemocnění plně pod kontrolou vyžaduje komplexní léčebný přístup. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem onemocnění astma bronchiale, léčbou a významem spolupracující rodiny při léčbě dítěte s astmatem. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, zda rodiče respektují doporučená režimová opatření, jestli dodržují léčebný režim včetně využívání domácí léčby a zda znají farmakologickou léčbu svých dětí. Posledním cílem je doplnit chybějící edukační informace rodičům vycházející z těchto zjištění. Jedná se kvalitativní průzkum, ve kterém je použita metoda nestandardi-zovaného rozhovoru. Cílovou skupinou jsou rodiče dětí předškolního věku, jejichž dětem bylo diagnostikováno bronchiální astma. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů a výsledků zjištění lze cíleně působit na rodiče nemocných dětí a zaměřit edukaci na konkrétní ošetřovatelský problém. Po analýze výsledků byl u rodičů, konkrétně maminek zjištěn nedostatek informací a zku-šeností v oblasti farmakologické léčby u svých dětí. K informativním schůzkám s rodiči, které se konají na začátku pobytu, je proto na úvod zařazený blok edukačních informací týkající se léčby dětí s astmatem. Rodičům je nabízena i individuální kontrola správného používání kapesního inhalátoru, kde bylo zjištěno nejvíce nedostatků. V ostatních oblastech informovanosti rodičů nedostatky zjištěny nebyly, to však ještě neznamená, že se jimi v běžném životě řídí.

Abstract:

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is " Awareness of parents about the treatment of the child with bronchial asthma". Asthma is the most common chronic disease that manifests itself already in childhood. It is a disease whose prevalence is increasing therefore it is im-portant to have an awareness of this disease across the whole company. Have full control of this illness requires a comprehensive treatment approach. The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the description of the disease of the bronchial asthma, the treatment and the importance of cooperating families in the treatment of a child with asthma. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether the parents respect the recommended régime measures, if they are complying with a treatment regime including the use of home treatment and whether they know the pharmacological treatment of their children. The last objective is to supplement the lack of educational information for parents are based on the-se findings. This is a qualitative survey in which the method is applied to the non-standardized interview. The target group are the parents of preschool children, whose chil-dren have diagnosed bronchial asthma. On the basic of the analysis of the interviews and the results of the findings can be targeted to operate on the parents of sick children and to focus on the particular problem of nursing education. After the analysis of the results has been identified a lack of information and experience in the field of pharmacological treatment. For informational meetings with parents, which are held at the beginning of the stay, it is block the introduction of educational information included regarding the treatment of children with asthma. Parents are offered and individual control of the correct use of the nebuliser to sail, where it was found the most shortcomings. In other areas of awareness the flaws were derected, but it does not mean that parents know what to do.
