The valorization of financial means of the Czech Republic households

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Zhodnocení finančních prostředků domácností v České republice" je zhodnocení struktury úspor českých domácností a analýza vybraných forem úspor domácností. Práce se věnuje charakteristice spořicích účtů, termínovaných vkladů, stavebního spoření, doplňkového penzijního spoření, životního pojištění a kolektivního investování. První část popisuje vývoj důchodů, spotřeby a úspor domácností a je zde popsána struktura úspor domácností za posledních patnáct let. Po charakteristice jednotlivých forem úspor jsou zhodnoceny jejich výhody a nevýhody pro investora a nechybí ani jejich zhodnocení z hlediska výnosnosti a rizikovosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the Bachelor's Thesis "The Valorization of Financial Means of the Czech Republic Households" is the evaluation of the Czech households savings structure and the analysis of selected forms of households savings. The paper is devoted to the characteristics of the saving accounts, the term deposits, the saving in a building society, the supplementary pension saving, the life insurance and the collective investment. The first part describes a development of pensions, consumptions and savings of households and the structure of households during the last fifteen years. After the characteristics of individual forms of savings there are analyzed advantages and disadvantages for investors as well as the assessment from the perspective of productivity and risks.
