Abstract:
Práce se soustřeďuje na období neolitu až konce Raně dynastického období, kdy dochází ke vzniku a formování státního útvaru na území Egypta, s přesahy do počátků Staré říše, tj. do doby 3. dynastie. Pojednává o jednom z aspektů složitého procesu sjednocování Egypta a přerodu tamní tzv. komplexní společnosti do státního útvaru. This bachelor thesis focuses on determination of the issue of Egyptian urbanisation within the period of time ranging from the Neolithic until the end of the Early Dynastic Period, when the processes of emergence and formation of a state are observed on the Egyptian territory; with an overlap to the beginnings of Old Kingdom, i.e. to the reign of the 3rd Dynasty.
