Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukační karty na podkladě edukace pacienta s ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an education card to instruct a patient with ischemic heart disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the ischemic heart disease, lists diagnostic tests and available treatments, speaks of prevention including risk factors and lifestyle changes.
