Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkou povinného ručení v České republice. První část se věnuje systému pojištění a zařazení povinného ručení do tohoto systému. Druhá část je zaměřena na pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla, konkrétně na historii a právní úpravu, pojistnou smlouvu, rozsah pojištění, povinnosti pojištěného a zánik pojištění. This bachelor thesis deals with the supply of MTPL Insurance (Motor Third Party Liability Insurance) in Czech Republic.
