Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou asertivního jednání.Jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy asertivity a její postoje, techniky asertivního chování, její práva a povinnosti. Následující kapitoly obsahují definici komunikace a její využití na pracovišti referenta zaměstnanosti. Praktická část představuje stanovení výzkumných otázek a jejích vyhodnocení.

This bachelor's thesis deals with issues of assertive behavior. In the theoretical part intro-duces the basic concepts of assertiveness and its attitudes, techniques of assertive behavior, its rights and obligations.
