V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám historií od raného feudalismu po současnost trestního práva. V následné kapitole si vymezíme pojem trestného činu. Ve třetí kapitole mé závěrečné práce si rozebereme pojetí trestných činů a to ve dvou rovinách, kterými jsou legální vymezení trestných činů a sociální pojetí trestných činů. Abstract:
In my work I deal with the history of early feudalism to the present criminal law. In a subsequent chapter we define the conception of crime. In the third chapter of my thesis we analyze the concept of crimes in two respects, which are legal definition of criminal offenses and social conception of crime.
