Skupina opakovaně odsouzených se do věznice vrací v určitých časových periodách. Přicházejí do důvěrně známého prostředí, znají poměry, personál, ostatní odsouzené. Rychle se začleňují do kolektivů ostatních odsouzených, kde již mají vybudované pozice. Výkon trestu berou jako součást svého života. Tito odsouzení se převážně nezapojují do vzdělávacích aktivit . The group of convicts who recur to prison come regularly. They go back to well - known world, knowing this situation, staff, other prisonmates. They include into groups of other prisoners very fast because they have their position there yet . Their punishment is a part of their lives.
