Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na stanovení technologie opravy simulované vady sklářské formy včetně stanovení rozsahu tepelného zpracování s ohledem na náročnost výrobní technologie a s ohledem na finanční náklady. V teoretické části jsou zpřehledněny veškeré podklady týkající se použité technologie svařování a tepelného zpracování. Dále jsou zde zmíněny destruktivní (DT) a nedestruktivní (NDT) zkoušky s popisem jejich průběhu dle ČSN EN ISO. Aplikační část se zaobírá již samotnou technologií obloukového svařování pomocí obalované elektrody a pomocí metody TIG, včetně online monitoringu svařovacích parametrů. Tuto část rovněž doprovází následné kontroly jak svarové oblasti, tak tepelně ovlivněné oblasti odlitku. Jedná se především o vady spojené s povrchem odlitku a to pomocí vizuální kontroly a kapilární zkoušky. Dále byla kontrolovaná i objemová část formy a to především radiografickou metodou prozařením. Další zkoumání bylo podrobeno prvkové složení odlitku s následným porovnáním s inspekčním protokolem dodaným ze slévárny. Jedná se o analýzu pomocí emisního optického spektrometru, pomocí rentgenové fluorescence a spalovací metody. Další součástí je již zmíněné tepelné zpracování metodou žíhání s následným ověřením správnosti zvoleného režimu pomocí zkoušek tvrdosti a zkoušek obrobitelnosti, toto ověření probíhalo jak v oblasti přechodové mezi jednotlivými druhy svarů, tak v oblasti mimosvarové. Zkoumání změny mikrostruktury a makrostruktury odlitku bylo provedeno porovnáním dvou režimů tepelného zpracování, včetně stavu bez tepelného zpracování.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the determination of technologies for the repair of a simulated glass mold defect, including the determination of the extent of heat treatment with regard to the demandingness of production technologies and with regard to financial costs. In the theoretical part, all documents relating to the used welding and heat treatment technologies are summarized. Furthermore, there are mentioned destructive (DT) and non-destructive (NDT) tests with a description of their progress according to ČSN EN ISO. The application part already deals with the arc welding technology itself using a wrapped electrode and using the TIG method, including online monitoring of welding parameters. This part is also accompanied by subsequent inspections of both the weld area and the non-weld area. These are defects associated with the surface of the casting, primarily through visual tests and capillary tests. Furthermore, the volumetric part of the mold was also checked, especially the radiation. Further investigation was carried out on the compositional elements of the casting followed by comparison with the inspection report supplied from the foundry. It is an analysis using an optical emission spectrometer, using X-ray fluorescence and the combustion method. Another part is the already mentioned heat treatment by the annealing method with subsequent verification of the correctness of the chosen test regime using hardness and machinability tests, this verification took place both in the transition area between individual types of welds and in the non-weld area. The investigation of the change in the microstructure and macrostructure of the casting was carried out by comparing the two conditions of heat treatment with a comparison of the condition without heat treatment
