Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá složitou problematikou výslechu, který, ač podle stejných zásad, principů a pravidel prováděný, stejného problému se týkající, stejným vyšetřovatelem vedený, je pokaždé jiný. Práce je zaměřená na vzájemnou interakci mezi vyslýchajícím a vyslýchanou osobou jako procesní i jako psychologický problém, v některých pasážích je zaměřena pouze na oběť trestného činu při protokolaci výslechu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zaobírá vysvětlením základních pojmů, kterými jsou výslech, příprava a postup při výslechu, taktika jednotlivých druhů výslechu, viktimizace a komunikace. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na výzkum a vyhodnocení cíleně zpracovaného dotazníku, zaměřeného na užití psychologických aspektů výslechu v praxi, který anonymně vyplnili policisté OOP a pracovníci SKPV, služebně zařazeni v rámci Policie České republiky, Správy Jihomoravského kraje.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the complex issue of interrogation which takes place under the same guidelines, principles and rules of implementation for the same problem each time, is lead by the same investigator, is always different. The work is focused on the interaction between an interrogator and an interrogated as procedural as well as a psychological problem in some parts it is focused only on the victim of the crime during the recording of police statement. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of basic concepts which are interrogation, preparation and procedure of the questioning, a tactic of interrogation modes, victimization and communication. The second part of the thesis is focused on the research and evaluation questionnaire prepared specifically for the usage of the psychological aspects of interrogation practices. It was completed anonymously by the police officers OOP and employees of SKPV, fulfilling their duty within the Police of the Czech Republic, Service of the Southern Region.
