Tato práce pojednává o institutu dobrých mravů v občanskoprávních vztazích a to především v České republice, ale také i v jiných zemích světa. Ve druhé části jsem se zaměřil na to, kde všude se v občanském právu vyskytuje institut dobrých mravů. This writing is abaut Good Manners in Civil-law Relations especially in Czech republic but also in other countries of the world. In the second part of this text I describe where the institut of good manners exists in civil law.
