Photometric Method for Determination of Phosphate in Soil Samples
Abstract:
Navrhli jsme metodu pro stanovení fosforečnanů ve vzorcích půdy fotometrickou metodou. Metoda byla aplikována na vzorky odebrané v areálu zaniklé usedlosti. Metoda byla validována komparací s výsledky archeologického odkryvu. Byly charakterizovány faktory ovlivňující analýzu. Byla zamítnuta možnost využití dat získaných metodou XRF pro účely této metody.Abstract:
We have designed a photometric method for determination of phosphate in soil samples. This method was applied to the soil samples which were taken in the area of defunct homestead. This method was compared with results of archaeological excavations. With this method some factors affecting the analysis were characterized. The data from method XRF were rejected.
