Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice rizik, která jsou spojená se zakládáním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první části jsou představena teoretická východiska, která jsou důležitá pro praktickou část. The bachelor´s thesis deals with risks associated with business establishment. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents basic concepts and knowledge important for the practical part.
