Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focusing on exploration of agile principles, followed by proposing changes of IT processes and implementation of these changes in Service Management team in order to increase work effectiveness and employees’ satisfaction.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa venuje preskúmaniu agilných princípov a následnáej aplikácii výsledkov tohoto skúmania v podobe návrhov na zmeny IT procesov v tíme Service Management za učelom zvýšenia efektivity práce a spokojnosti zamestnancov.
