Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať Smernicu Európskeho parlamentu a Rady č. 2004/39/ES o trhoch s finančnými nástrojmi – MiFID. Rastúca aktivita investorov na finančných trhoch si žiadala posilniť existujúci právny rámec v podmienkach celej Európskej únie.
