Risk Anticipation for the Big Social Events

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřená na zmírnění rizik při pořádání velkých společenských eventů. Teoretická část se věnuje přiblížení analýzy rizik a jejím metodám, které jsou pro práci stěžejním bodem. Tímto podkresluje praktickou část práce, jejímž hlavním výstupem je modelová ukázka řízení rizik již v průběhu plánování eventu. Vytváří tak výsledné schéma, které svou funkčností napomáhá anticipaci rizik. Dalším výstupem je souhrnná tabulka, obsahující nejrůznější typy rizik, která mohou eventy ovlivnit. Byla konzultována se třemi odborníky z praxe a je doplněna i z teoretické roviny. Tento výstup navazuje další krok, ve kterém jsou připraveny podklady pro vznik možného programu (např. ve Visual Basic), který by vytvořenou tabulku využíval pro výpočty a aplikování zvolených analýz. Grafy a schémata pak blíže vysvětlují možný princip fungování programu a posloupnost řešení úloh.

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed at mitigating the risks of organizing big social events. The theoretical part deals with the approach of risk analysis and its methods, which are the focal point for the thesis. This outlines the practical part of the work, the main output of which is a model demonstration of risk management during the planning of the event. This creates the resulting scheme that helps to anticipate risks through its functionality. Another output is a summary table, containing various types of risks that may affect events. Three practitioners have been consulted and the outputs are also shaped by the theoretical framework. This output follows the next step in which the basics are prepared for creating a possible program (eg in Visual Basic), which would use the created table to calculate and apply the selected analyzes. The charts and diagrams then explain the possible principle of the program's operation and the succession of tasks.
