Evaluation of Cooling Efficiency in Turning
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení efektivity chlazení při soustružení. V teoretické části je obecný popis soustružení, způsoby chlazení při obrábění, vlastnosti a druhy kapalin. Dále jsou popsány jevy, které mohou při soustružení nastat. Praktická část se zabývá obráběním na CNC stroji, kontaktním měřením obrobené plochy, tvorbě třísky a opotřebení břitové destičky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is devoted to the evaluation of cooling efficiency in turning. In the theoretical part there is a general description of turning, methods of cooling during machining, properties and types of fluids. It also describes the phenomena that can occur during turning are described. The practical part deals with machining on a CNC machine, contact measurement of the machined surface, chip …more
