Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty skalního lezení. Autor popisuje lezecké techniky používané k postupu po skále. Přináší informace o vybavení, které je potřebné k bezpečnému vykonávání tohoto sportu. Předkládá základní metodické pokyny důležité pro pohyb ve skalním terénu. Zabývá se hodnocením výkonu a styly přelezu.
Abstract:
This document concerns about selected aspects of rock climbing. Author describes climbing techniques necessary for traversing on rock. It comes information about equipment, which is needed to safety rock climbing. It gives us the basic methodic instructions, which is important for moving on the rock. Deals with performance of rating and style of climbing.
