Abstract:
Gen TNFRSF9 kóduje transmembránový protein CD137, který zajišťuje kostimulaci T lymfocytů a reguluje funkce i dalších imunitních buněk. Jeho exprese byla detegována také v nádorových buňkách, ale dosud není jasné, jak ovlivňuje jejich vlastnosti. Abstract:
TNFRSF9 gene encodes transmembrane protein CD137, which provides T cell costimulation and regulates also other immune cell functions. Its expression has been detected also in tumor cells, but its function in these cells is unknown.
