Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rostlinnými oleji a tuky, získáváním z rostlinných zdrojů, laboratorní analýzou a vlivem na zdraví člověka. Začátek je věnován samostatně lipidům.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with vegetable oils and fats, extraction from vegetable sources, laboratory analysis and effects on human health. The beginning is especially devoted to lipids.
