The history of butchery in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis is focused on creating an information material written in the Russian language. The material is used for the extension of the expert knowledge about the butcher's profession. The thesis consists of an introduction, main chapters, a conclusion, a summary in Czech and English languages, used bibliography, a thematic Russian-Czech and Czech-Russian thesaurus and appendices. In the thesis there is a description of the history of the butcher's profession in connection with guilds, main sights and traditions associated with this profession. The thesis also includes the characteristic of butcher's products. The traditional Czech pig-killing is described as well.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření rusky psaného informačního materiálu, který slouží k rozšíření odborných znalostí o řeznickém řemeslu. Práce je složena z úvodu, hlavních kapitol, závěru, resumé v českém a anglickém jazyce, použité bibliografie, tematického rusko-českého i česko-ruského slovníku a příloh. V práci se popisuje historie řeznického řemesla, v souvislosti s cechy i hlavními památkami a tradicemi, spojenými s touto profesí. Dále obsahuje rozsáhlou část, která se věnuje charakteristice řeznických výrobků. Je zde také zmiňována tradiční česká zabijačka.
