Tématem bakalářské práce je vývoj manažerek v České republice v letech 1989 až 2013. Teoretická část obsahuje nejen důležité poznatky z 20. století a současnou situaci žen ve 21. století, ale také se zabývá nynějším problémem, který spočívá v odkládání rodiny kvůli kariéře.
