Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je historie funkcionalistické Pasáže Jalta a jejího okolí. Další část práce je věnovaná životu a dílu dnes téměř neznámého stavitele Jaroslava Josefa Polívky. V neposlední řadě je v práci zahrnuta komparace sledované stavby s dalšími brněnskými pasážemi, zejména s těmi, jež pocházejí ze stejné doby.
Abstract:
This thesis presents the history of the functionalist Jalta arcade and its surroundings. Another part of this thesis focuses on the life and works of Josef Polivka, an architect who is virtually unknown today. Lastly, the thesis compares the buildings presented with other Brno arcades, primarily with those from the same period.
