Identifier management in a large-scale research infrastructure

Anotácia:

Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť a vytvoriť funkčný prototyp systému pre správu identifikátorov objektov v rozsiahlej výskumnej infraštruktúre. Teoretická časť práce pozostáva z definovania jednotlivých objektov a ich vzťahov, ktoré musia byť udržiavané v systéme. Nasledujúca časť pozostáva z analýzy existujúcich riešení a návrh riešenia pre takýto systém. Na záver je popísaný prototyp, ktorý slúži ako prvotný návrh funkčného riešenia spracovávajúceho identifikátory v RECETOX RI systémoch.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to design and create a functional prototype of a system for managing identifiers of recorded objects in large-scale research infrastructure. The theoretical part of the work consists of defining individual objects and their relationships that need to be maintained in the system. Next part consists of analysis of the system requirements, existing solutions, and the design of the chosen solution for such a system. In the end, a prototype is described, which serves as an initial design of a functional solution processing identifiers in RECETOX RI systems.
