Selected Aspects of the Permitting the Realization of the Construction of Motorways
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá povolováním realizace výstavby dálnic. Analyzuje vybrané aspekty stavebního povolení. Zaměřuje se na výstavbu dálnic a vztahu obecné úpravy správního řízení a stavebního povolení. Zvláště jsou analyzovány správní orgány a jejich stanoviska. Práce poukazuje na problematická ustanovení právní úpravy a je doplněna úvahami ve smyslu de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the permitting the realization of the construction of motorways. It analysis selected aspects of building permits. It focused on construction of motorways and relation between general and special process leads to issue of a building permits. It particularly analysis opinion of administrative authorities.
