Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám politikami Evropské unie, Evropským sociálním fondem a operačními programy, přičemž nejpodrobněji zde charakterizuji Operační program Praha – Adaptabilita. Na tento operační program je kladen největší důraz proto, že praktická část je věnována projektu zavedení e-learningu na Vysoké škole finanční a správní o.p.s., který je podán právě v tomto programu. Tento projekt popisuji podrobně včetně cílů, klíčových aktivit a zabezpečení realizace projektu. V práci je popsána přípravná fáze realizace projektu včetně organizačního a personálního zajištění. V projektu je též popsán aktuální stav projektu k 31. 3. 2009. Cílem tohoto projektu je uvést do praxe ucelenou koncepci e-learningové podpory kombinovaného studia na VŠFS a zajistit pak její realizaci po stránce technické, personální a organizační.

Abstract:

In my diploma work I deal with EU policies, European Social Fund and the operational programmes, whereas the operational programme Praha – Adaptability has been characterized in details. There has been put the biggest emphasis on this operational programme, because the practical part has been devoted to introduce the E-learning Plan in to the University of Financial and Administrative o.p.s., which is referred to this programme. I have described this plan in details including the purposes, key activities and safeguard realization of this plan. In my work there has been described the preparatory phase realisation of the plan including the organizational and personal resource. In the plan there has been described as well the actual state of the plan to the date of March 31st 2009. The aim of this plan is to put into operation the consistent conception of the e-learning support of the combined study at VŠFS and after that to ensure its realization in technique, personal and organizational aspect.
