Abstract:
Popis valné hromady jako nejvyššího orgánu společnosti s.r.o. z pohledu hmotněprávního a v druhé části z pohledu soudu. První část se věnuje základním otázkám jako je působnost VH, svolání a samostatnému průběhu. V druhé části jde především o formální vady rozhodnutí a neplatnost VH.
Abstract:
Description of genereal meeting as a biggest head of limited company from side of substantive law and second part is from a side of a court. In the firts part is the basic question like a action of general meeting, convocation and independent course. In the second part is going on formal mistakes desicions and invalidity.
