Occurrence of postabortal syndrom by women with praecox terminate gravidity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku psychických následků po potratu (do 16. týdne) u vybraných žen. První část obsahuje hrubý úvod do problematiky potratů, psychiky ženy po ztrátě dítěte a po abortu. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit možné příznaky postabortivního syndromu u zkoumaných žen a napomoci tím zdravotnickému a nezdravotnickému personálu tyto symptomy lépe rozpoznat nebo se na ně zaměřit. Vedlejším cílem by mělo být zamyšlení čtenáře nad tématem a nad skutečností možných následků. Zkoumaná data byla získána z rozhovoru a pozorování. Individuálnost prožitků je důkazem, že postabortivní syndrom se u oslovených respondentek vyskytoval v různé míře. Z výsledků, ke kterým jsem v práci došla, zdůrazňuji variabilitu psychických příznaků, jejich časovou neomezenost a závažnost nejen pro jedince, ale také pro rodinu a komunitu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focussing on the issue of after-abortion consequences {till the 16th week}of some selected women. The first part of it contains general intoduction into the abortion problems, woman's psyche after loosing her baby and abortion. The goal of the research is to find possible symptoms of the after-abortion syndrome on observed women and to help by it medical and non-medical staff in diagnosing these symptoms or in focusing on these kinds of symptoms. Adjacent goal should be a reader's muse about this topic and reality of possible consequences. Surveyed dates were gained from the interview and from the observation. Individuality of experience is a proof of this syndrome's occurisation in different scale. According to the results, which I had achieved in my thesis, I am emphasizing variability of psychological symptoms, its time limitlessness and relevance not only for an individual, but also for the family and for the community.
