Preparation of polysubstituted cucurbit[6]uril.
Abstract:
Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na seznámení s historií, strukturou, syntézou, vlastnostmi, komplexy s ligandy a možnostmi modifikace cucurbit[n]urilů. Hlavním cílem experimentální části je syntéza polysubstituovaného CB6. Tomu nejprve předcházela izolace čistého CB6 založená na odlišných rozpustnostech jednotlivých homologů CBn ve vodě a HCl o různých koncentracích. A oxidace CB6 …more

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on the history, structure, synthesis, properties, complexes with ligands and possibilities of cucurbit[n]uril modification. The main objective of the experimental part is the synthesis of polysubstituted CB6.
