Identification Methods of Discrimination on Labor Markets
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Metody měření diskriminace na trhu práce“ je prezentace různých metod měření diskriminace a jejich aplikace na datový vzorek. První část je věnovaná literární rešerši empirických studií, které zkoumají mzdovou diskriminaci primárně na pracovním trhu. Druhá část obsahuje aplikaci metod a následnou interpretaci výsledků a implikací.

The goal of the submitted thesis “Identification Methods of Discrimination on Labor Markets” is to demonstrate different discrimination identification methods and to apply them on data sample.
