Tato diplomová práce se zabývá činností a pravomocemi Celní správy České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části je postupně zmíněna historie a současnost celní správy. Pokračuje exkurz do legislativní oblasti upravující činnost celní správy. Po objasnění struktury celého orgánu již práce volně navazuje na jednotlivé oblasti působnosti celní správy. This thesis deals with the activities and powers of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts.
