Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vysvětlit problematiku realizace nízkoenergetických domů a je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V první, teoretické části jsou podrobně popsány aspekty řešení těchto staveb. Část je orientována na obecné seznámení s touto perspektivní oblastí architektury a stavitelství. Důraz je kladen na konkrétní možnosti použitých materiálů z hlediska architektonického i stavebně-konstrukčního a jejich následné zhodnocení. Dále se také zabývám otázkou energetických úspor a zodpovědného využívání energií. Velká část je věnována podrobnému popisu technických zařízení budov (především vytápění a větrání). V druhé, praktické části jsem se snažila navrhnout architektonickou studii rodinného domu s využitím všech předešlých poznatků a následné zhodnocení důležitých aspektů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with low-energy house problems and it is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part describes in detail aspects of designing this kind of buildings. It focuses on general identification of this advanced branch of civil engineering and architecture. The emphasis is placed on specific possibilities of materials in terms of architecture and building construction, and their consequential evaluation. Furthermore, I discuss the issue of energy savings and responsible usage of energy resources. A large part is dedicated to a detailed description of building services equipment (with the focus on heating and ventilation). The second part contains my architectural study of a family house and is inspirited by previous knowledge and subsequent evaluation of important aspects.
