Anotácia:

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje současný stav v oblasti test managementu, a souvisejících metrik a ukazatelů, s důrazem na vynaložené úsilí a průběh testování. Na základě výsledků analýzy a identifikovaných potřeb zainteresovaných osob jsou definovány metriky a ukazatele, které jsou následně implementovány ve formě prototypu. Navržené metriky a ukazatele jsou vyhodnoceny za použití reálných dat a zpětné vazby od uživatelů.

Abstract:

This master's thesis analysis the state of the art and state of the practice regarding test management related indicators and measures with emphasis on the test effort and test progress. Based on the results of the analysis and identified information needs of relevant stakeholders, indicators and measures around the test management process are defined, and implemented in the form of a prototype. The defined indicators and implemented prototype are evaluated based on real project data and user feedback.
