Construction of injection mold in programe SOLID EDGE 18
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá konstrukcí zadaného plastového dílce v programu Solid Edge 18. Shrnuje poznatky z oblasti vstřikování plastů a konstrukce forem. Po vymodelování plastového dílu byla navržena funkční forma. Byl popsán postup konstrukce v modulu Mold Tooling spolu se zásadami efektivního návrhu formy.
Abstract:
Bachelor work deals with the construction of plastic part in program Solid Edge 18. Fun-damental knowledge of injection molding technology and mold construction was summa-rized. A 3D model of the real given part was constructed in the program as well. A main part of the work was the description of the effective mold design procedure.
