Trade in Used Cars in the European Union

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je obchod s ojetými automobily v EU. Úvod práce je tvořen obecnou částí vymezující základní pojmy týkající se vozidel, jejich rozdělení a uvedení do provozu. Dále následuje hlavní část mapující evropský i český trh s ojetými automobily a právní oblasti ovlivňující obchod na tomto trhu. Práce ve svém závěru zkoumá také věcné souvislosti v podobě odlišností vybraných členských zemí a přenáší teoretické poznatky do praktické aplikace. V průběhu celé práce je téma analyzováno jak z pohledu komunitární, tak i tuzemské právní úpravy.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is trade in used cars in the European Union. Introduction consists of general part defining the basic concepts relating to cars, their classification and commissioning. This is followed by the main part which maps the European and Czech second-hand cars market and legal matters affecting trade in this market.. Thesis in its conclusion also examines the factual context in the form of differences in selected member countries and transferring theoretical knowledge into practical applications. Throughout the whole thesis is this topic analyzed from the perspective of EU legislation, as well as domestic legislation.
