Abstract:

Cílem dané bakalářské práce je identifikovat motivační determinanty, které ovlivňují vstup do Armády České republiky. Zaměřuje se na odkrytí a určení motivačních činitelů působících na zájemce, kteří se rozhodují uplatnit v specifickém zaměstnání, jakým služební poměr v ozbrojených silách České republiky bezesporu je. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoreticko-metodologická část předkládá teoretická východiska související s problematikou motivovanosti lidského jednání a směrování. Popisuje soubor vnitřních a vnějších aspektů působících při rozhodování, charakterizuje faktory a důvody, které hrají klíčovou roli a determinují vlastní rozhodnutí. Analytická část má snahu představit Armádu České republiky jako konkrétní instituci, která je rovnocenným aktérem na trhu práce. Profesionálové, působící v jejich řadách, jsou jejím vysoce ceněným kapitálem a strategickým nástrojem předurčeným zajišťovat obranu státu. Na základě získaných poznatků a dat zkoumá konkrétní faktory podmiňující konečné jednání a jejich podíl na vlastním rozhodnutí stát se vojenskými profesionály.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to identify the motivational determinants that affect applicant´s decision to work for the Army of the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis focuses on discovering and the determination of the motivational factors that have an effect on the applicants for a very specific job. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first one presents theoretical foundations concerning the issues of motivation of human behavior and professional aiming. It describes inner and external aspects affecting applicant´s decision. Furthermore, it outlines the factors and reasons that are highly important and determine applicant´s decision. The second part is analytical and it presents the Army of the Czech Republic as an equal participant on the job market. Professional soldiers employed by this institution are its highly evaluated capital and strategic tool that is predetermined to guarantee the defense of the Czech Republic. On the basis of the results of the research, it can be concluded how the specific factors determine applicant´s final action. It also examines their share in applicant´s decision to become a professional soldier.
