Mou bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do dvou základních částí. V první části práce se nejprve obecně věnuji rozdělení obchodních společností a dále základním pojmům jako jsou právnická osoba, podnikatel, charakteristika společnosti s ručením omezeným, základnímu významu samotné společenské smlouvy a v neposlední řadě pojmu veřejná listina. I divided my bachelor thesis into two basic sections. In the first section, I focused generally on division of companies, as well as basic concepts such as a legal entity, entrepreneur, characteristics of a limited liability company, the primary significance of a Memorandum of Association itself and not least on the notion of a public document.
