Preparation of an EDC demonstrator stand for diagnosing and measuring electrical quantity of unit control

Abstract:

První část diplomové práce je věnována seznámení s výukovým stendem vznětových motorů EDC. Návrh tohoto stendu byl tématem mé bakalářské práce. Součástí tohoto oddílu je také základní charakteristika použitého vstřikovacího systému. V druhé části diplomové práce je proveden rozbor prostředků pro měření a diagnostikování na této učební pomůcce. Jelikož byl stend navržen pouze jako funkční schéma s možností využití diagnostických systémů vnitřní diagnostiky (OBD zásuvka), je ho proto nutné doplnit o zařízení, které usnadní měření pomocí diagnostiky vnější (měřící panel). Toto doplnění je součástí třetího oddílu. V následující části diplomové práce je popsána samotná metodika a způsob měření na tomto stendu. Závěrečná část zhodnocuje nejen využití samotného modelu, ale i navržené možnosti při měření.

Abstract:

The first part of the diploma thesis is conceived as an introduction to the EDC demonstrator stand for diesel engines. The design of the stand was the topic of my Bachelor thesis. Basic characteristics of the injection system are being included. In the second part, we analyse the means of measurement and diagnosing using the stand as a teaching aid. Due to the fact, the stand was designed as a functional scheme only enabling to use diagnosing systems of internal diagnosis (OBD socket), it is necessary to add an accessory that would facilitate measuring applying an outer diagnosis (a measuring module). The third part of the thesis composes of the addition described. In the following chapter we comment on the methodology applied and the measuring procedures executed on the stand. In conclusion, we evaluate the use of the model as well as suggested possibilities of measuring.
