This bachelor thesis is dedicated to a modification of the surface properties of nanospray tips considering the enhancement of their hydrophobicity. It is expected this modification could lead to an improvement of the sensitivity of the mass spectrometric analysis and support the robustness of the nanospray. Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje úpravě povrchových vlastností nanosprejových špiček s ohledem na zvýšení jejich hydrofobicity. Zamýšlená modifikace by měla vést ke zlepšení citlivosti hmotnostně spektrometrické analýzy a podpoření robustnosti nanospreje. Příprava povrchů byla zoptimalizovaná při práci s podložními sklíčky.
