Synthesis and characterization of phosphors based on BaCeO3:Er3+/Yb3+

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá studiem přípravy luminoforů na bázi perovskitů BaCeO3:Er3+/Yb3+ a studiu vlivu částečné substituce Yb3+ za Ce4+ na strukturní a optické vlastnosti. Bylo připraveno pět vzorků perovskitů Ba19,900,2xCe19,650,7xEr0,5YbxO59,950,1x, kde x = 0; 0,5; 1; 3; 5 at. %. Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis deals with a study of preparation of BaCeO3: Er3+/Yb3+ perovskites-based phosphors and a study of partial substitution of Yb3+ for Ce4+ on structural and optical properties. Five samples of Ba19,900,2xCe19,650,7xEr0,5YbxO59,950,1x, where x = 0; 0.5; 1; 3; 5 at.%, were prepared.
