Internal audits from the point of view of nurses
Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice interních auditů z pohledu všeobecných sester. Teoretická část se zabývá měřením kvality ve zdravotnictví pomocí indikátorů kvality a ošetřovatelských auditů. Další část je věnována stresu, který je spojený u všeobecných sester s prováděním ošetřovatelských auditů. Empirická část se zabývá spokojeností sester s interními audity.
Abstract:
The bachelor theses is devoted to the issue of internal audits from the perspective of nurses. The theoretical part deals with measuring health care quality by using quality indicators and nursing audits. Another section is dedicated to the stress, which is associated with nurses with the implementation of nursing audits.
